Frequently Asked Questions

  • I’m having problems with my everydayhero account, what do I do?

Please contact everydayhero directly and start by checking out their help section

  • How do I pay my money in?

All money should be paid in via your personal everydayhero page. Your everydayhero page will be created automatically when you sign up and a link to your everydayhero page will be emailed to the address you give at registration.

  • My friends/family have given me fundraising money in cash, how do I add this to my page?

The easiest way is to bank the cash and then pay the money in to your everydayhero page yourself by clicking 'Give Now' at the top of the page.

  • I can’t/don’t want to pay the offline income to my page, is there any other way?

You can also note down the total on your everydayhero page by clicking 'Add offline donation' on the right of your page and entering the amount that you have raised offline. This will be added to your total but you will then need to send the money to the charity by cheque made payable to 'Global's Make Some Noise' to Heart 30 in 30, Global Charities, 30 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7LA. The cheque must have your name and reference 'Heart 30 in 30' on the back of the cheque otherwise we

won't be able to match it up with your page! Please don't pay the money in any other way as we won't know it's you!

  • Can I only raise my money between 7th September – 6th October?

Your page will be live from the day you register and all pages close at 23.59 on 31st October, so make sure all of your money is recorded and paid in by then!
